I have been a full-time realtor with Coldwell Banker since 2006. I’m very passionate about what I do, which is why you’ll have my personal attention throughout the whole process. I have lived in Winston-Salem for over 25 years and keep up to date on the current market changes and trends. My husband and I have three grown children, and I am very familiar with the area’s schools, sports, and family resources.
I’m excited to share that my daughter, Lauren, has recently earned her real estate license and is now teaming up with me. Together, we bring a powerful combination of seasoned experience and fresh energy to every transaction.
I enjoy working with all phases of real estate, from first-time home buyers to transitioning to senior living. I have been honored in the Chairman’s Circle since 2013. I have achieved a Global Luxury Home Specialist certification and am very familiar with our luxury market. I put forth a tremendous effort in marketing homes and would be delighted to tell you how. Whether you are in the market to buy, sell, or build, I would love to share with you the benefits of teaming up with me, and now Lauren as well.

Dee helped us sell the cherished home where we raised our family! From start to finish, she worked tirelessly to advise us on pricing, prepare our home for sale, and guide us through due diligence and closing. Dee understood the deep attachment we felt for our home and truly listened to our needs. She was always available to answer our many questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Her marketing—from professional photos to a fabulous video—was head and shoulders above other agents. We deeply appreciated her dedication to excellence and her eye for detail in showcasing our home to prospective buyers. Since it had been a while since we last sold a home, Dee provided reassuring and thoughtful insights into the local market. She also helped us find a fantastic real estate professional in our new city, vetting them through the Coldwell Banker Advantage network. Moving to a much larger market could have been intimidating, but Dee stayed updated on our progress and continued to offer helpful guidance from afar. Working with Dee was a wonderful decision, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Christine P.

I was partnered with Dee as my realtor through my corporate relocation program. Little did I know that it would be a blessing, because she's amazing! She is professional, personable and truly cares about her clients. Her experience in real estate is evident in how she approaches sales - she knows the Winston-Salem market and always puts the clients' well being and best interests first. Further, she is well-tied into the real-estate industry / community and knows great contacts for anything home-related: fence builders, surveyors, inspectors, just to name a few. Her warm and friendly demeanor really goes a long way in making sure that the client gets a worry-free experience. I would absolutely recommend Dee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Winston-Salem area.

Lisa and I were very blessed to have Dee Priddy as a working real estate agent. She was personable, professional, and excellent in every way. Before we had even met her, she accompanied our daughter in showing us our present house (among several others) by 3-D Skype. It looked like the house of our dreams for our retirement — & turned out to be! We were delighted to finally meet Dee & our new house in person when we came down for the closing: by that time she’d been working hard as only an experienced agent can. Among other things she succeeded in overcoming an obstacle belatedly raised by one of the seller’s own family.

Dee builds trust effortlessly by being transparent and honest in her opinions. Her tech-savvy nature made communication a breeze. This was particularly invaluable as we remotely managed the entire house search and closing process. Moreover, Dee's extensive connections in the area were a tremendous asset. Dee was referred to us as an USAA approved Realtor, and she called within hours of the referral. Our home in Raleigh sold in one day, so we were pressed to find a home in the Winston Salem area quickly. Because we were out of town, we often had to look at 10 or more houses per day when we came. Dee was patient and organized and always available to answer our calls. As it occasionally happens, the sellers and their selling agent were sometimes difficult in our dealings. Dee navigated that tricky and unpleasant situation with professionalism, getting us to closing on time. We would recommend Dee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Winston Salem area.

Dee Priddy was very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. I was kept well informed on all sale efforts. She made the process of preparing our 75 year old property for sale very easy by coordinating activities for contracting services for subdividing the property and removing an underground tank. I would use her services again. Dee is a very professional, insightful, beneficial and always available, even while on trips out of town. She is such a delightful person to know and work with.

It is a shame that this survey would only let you enter a max score of 10, our agent Dee Priddy should have easily been a 15+. This is the 7th home we have bought/sold during our 31+ years of marriage, so I’ve had a bit of experience with Realtors both good and bad. Dee is everything that a Realtor should be and more. In all honesty, I am probably not the easiest person to deal with but Dee took it all in stride. She kept me informed at every step, kept the deal moving along and brought the deal to a successful close (despite the efforts of the seller’s agent. In closing, Dee was honest, straight forward and made the transaction easy. If I had a suitable position, I’d hire her to work in my company.

Referred by past client, I called Dee and got a prompt, professional call back. We set time up to meet and tour my house to place on market. Dee was on time for our apt, gave honest feedback, I didn’t feel pressured into signing paperwork, was very comfortable in doing so. Dee made a home todo list and we came up with a time line of updates/projects, home improvements before placing on market. Got my house listed on listing book in a timely fashion, set open house time while working with my crazy work schedule. Found a buyer and Dee made sure things were done correctly and proper paperwork and documents singed. She was at my closing since I move out of state and wired money for me. I cannot thank her enough. I would trust her and highly recommend her. She was not like most Realtors looking for a quick sale for $, but a compassionate, professional that’s honest and dependable and represents her clients well to make a dream of buying or selling a home come true.

Dee was AWESOME to work with. When she says she will do something it was done like an email, phone call, getting documents. She came over, did a walk-through of house, told me improvements that needed to be done and help make the place more warm and inviting. The buyer’s agent was crazy and hard to deal with and Dee kept things going in a professional way. The buyer’s agent had plenty of things that could have gone better and once again Dee stepped and made sure things were done the right way. I cannot thank her enough for making my dream come true of helping sell my home so I could move to Fort Lauderdale with job I love and not have worry about two house payments. I will highly recommend her.
